Sewing With A Servant's Heart At MBTS Hester Conference
The Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary’s Carolyne Hester Conference was a great time this year for the ladies in attendance. The Friday and Saturday event was a great time of worship, and fellowship, for the ladies. With the conferences focus on serving, the ladies were able to participate in sewing for Project Patricia.
The event this year was called, “A Servant’s Heart”, and their newsletter described the time as a focus on, “wives’ becoming support systems and helpmates for husbands in church leadership roles”. It was a blessing for all in attendance, and we know that the girls in Africa will also be blessed by those at the conference that took the time to sew and make kits. This turned out to be the largest group that has ever worked on Project Patricia at one time. Please take time to read about the conference on page 8 of the following PDF.
